What is a "Personal Web Page Link"and why should I create this when I register?

When you register, you have the option to create an easy-to-remember, short version of your personal fundraising webpage address. This is very convenient for giving the link to others so they can donate to your page. Otherwise, your webpage address will be a longer, more cumbersome address. We encourage all climbers to create a "Personal Webpage Link," but your web page will still work fine without one.

If I did not create a "Personal Web Page Link" for my personal fundraising page, can I change it later?

Yes, please log in to your HQ page. Next, click on the "My Webpage" tab. The "Personal Web Page Link" field is located in the "Edit Your Personal Page" section.

Why is the "Sponsor a climber" search not finding a participant?

You must type in the first name or last name of the participant exactly how it is spelled, but it is not case sensitive. All of my donors are not showing up on the scroll mechanism. Why?

As your donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not they want to appear in the recognition scroll.

If someone made a donation to my climb, but I don't see the donation when I check MY HQ what went wrong?

Some supporters make the mistake of donating online to Her Justice directly, rather than to an individual's fundraising page. Please refer to the "Upload your email address books" section under "Fundraising tools and tips" on the Story by Story web site for step-by-step instructions on how to create a .CSV file and how to import a .CSV to "My HQ".

How can I change my team or individual fundraising goal?

You can reset your goal directly within the "My HQ" section of the Story by Story web site.

  • Log into "MY HQ" and click on "My HQ" tab
  • Under "Fundraising Statistics," click on the "Change my goal" link
  • Edit the "Fundraising goal" text box field at the bottom of your profile form
  • Click the "Update" button to save you new goal setting on the form
